Immigration Assistant Volunteer

Key responsibilities

1. Email Management: a. Monitor the immigration team’s email inbox. b. Respond to general inquiries and direct cases as appropriate. c. Allocate tasks for Salesforce case creation, collaborating with team members like the Immigration Officer. 2. Data Management: a. Update client spreadsheets with new case details and relevant information. b. Maintain accurate records and track the progress of cases. 3. Client Support: a. Assist in returning calls to both new and existing clients to provide updates or gather information. b. Help manage incoming client phone calls, ensuring timely responses. c. If possible, attend the office or drop-in sessions once a week to provide in-person assistance with client interactions and support our Immigration Officer in handling client queries.
